I was hoping for some sun, but so far no go. Maybe tomorrow.
The moon, the planets and night sky has been impressive this past year. I am looking at as a sign. look around and look up, wonderful things are in store for us. Peace on Earth.
The moon has been reliably spectacular and beautiful lately. As your photo demonstrates.
Margaret, yes it has. We have had some remarkably clear evenings and mornings to see the heavens above. I ordered a telescope and I am looking forward to using it to see Saturn and Jupiter when they come together later this month. It has been a joy to look up, especially in these times. I pre-opened it the evening before the Great Conjunction and was able to see Saturn and Jupiter before they set. I will re-open it this Christmas morning and i plan to use it here at the lake – there is far less light pollution here than at home – 6M plus people at home versus 13k here at the lake. Peace on Earth.
